Heather Willingham, RN brings more than 12 years of nursing experience to Prime Facial Plastic Surgery, with a clinical background in cardiovascular and thoracic surgery. After years in the operating room, she pursued advanced aesthetic training through the renowned six-month Preceptorship Program at The Confidence Bar in Chicago, where she refined her expertise in injectables, laser treatments, and skin rejuvenation.
Her approach to aesthetics is rooted in precision, education, and individualized care. Heather believes the best results are the ones that look effortless, enhancing each person’s natural features rather than changing them. She takes the time to understand every patient’s goals, educate them on their options, and develop personalized treatment plans that prioritize long-term confidence over quick fixes.
As part of the Prime Facial Plastic Surgery team, Heather delivers non-surgical treatments with the same surgical-level attention to detail, safety, and clinical excellence that define the practice. Working alongside a double board-certified facial plastic surgeon, she helps patients navigate both preventative and restorative treatment options, ensuring every recommendation is thoughtful, honest, and centered on achieving natural-looking results.
Outside the office, Heather is an ultra runner, outdoor enthusiast, and proud plant and animal lover.
